Who We Are
WAINGAM FOUNDATION is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations, especially children, youth, and women, through sustainable development programs in education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and environmental protection.
WAINGAM FOUNDATION proudly partners with TheHrHub, a leading recruitment platform, to enhance employment opportunities, skills development, and career support for youth and women across Cameroon.
Founded on the principles of compassion, integrity, and community service, the Foundation works closely with local communities, institutions, and development partners to address social challenges and create lasting positive change.
